The ONE WAY Story: A Journey Fueled by Passion and Perseverance
FROM HOMEBREW TO PROBREW

The name ONE WAY was born from the thrill of the race—back in their teens, Jason Tsitso and Brian Nichols spent their days tearing up motocross tracks, chasing speed and adventure. But life has a way of steering us down unexpected roads.
Fast forward twenty years, and fate brought Jason and Zach Schwartz together through their children’s elementary school. A shared love of craft beer sparked a friendship, and soon, Jason, Zach, and Brian were brewing together—starting on the kitchen stove with DME, then moving outdoors to gas-fired partial mash, and eventually refining their craft with a custom-built system designed to battle the harsh winter months.
What began as a humble homebrew club—competing in local contests and pouring at every beer event—quickly evolved into something more significant. As their passion for brewing deepened, Jason and Zach took a leap of faith, transforming ONE WAY Brewing from a beloved hobby into a full-fledged brewery.
Though Brian ultimately followed his passion for custom motorcycles, his influence remains part of the brewery’s DNA. Today, Jason and Zach continue the ONE WAY vision, proving that great beer—like any great adventure—requires dedication, risk, and an unwavering commitment to the road ahead.
Join us in raising a glass to the journey. Cheers!
One Way Brewing: Crafting the Future, One Pint at a Time
In 2024, founding partners Jason Tsitso and Zach Schwartz proudly welcomed longtime friend and devoted patron Tom Kaye into the One Way Brewing family. Together, this passionate trio is committed to driving the brewery’s growth while staying true to its craft and community roots.
Join us five days a week to experience our carefully crafted brews. Stop by on Wednesdays and Sundays, and you might find one of the owners behind the bar—ready to share stories, talk beer, and pour you a fresh pint.
Cheers to Beers!
